Community Town Hall Meeting — 04/26/04 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 9 <br />negotiated between Ramsey County and the City. <br />Further discussion ensued regarding the municipality's ability to <br />make maintenance and reconstruction a higher priority than <br />outside agencies; continuing budget constraints being <br />experienced by the State and County in funding roadway <br />improvements; and future negotiations by the City with the <br />County to determine participation levels. <br />Ihlan moved, Schroeder seconded, adoption of Resolution No. <br />10217 entitled, "Resolution Transferring Jurisdiction over <br />Roselawn Avenue from Cleveland Avenue to Hamline Avenue;" <br />allowing for jurisdictional transfer from Ramsey County to the <br />City of Roseville. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan, Kough, Schroeder and Klausing <br />Nays: None <br />Ihlan moved, Schroeder seconded, adoption of Resolution No. <br />10218 entitled, "Resolution Transferring Jurisdiction over <br />Roselawn Avenue from Fulham Street to Cleveland Avenue;" <br />allowing for jurisdictional transfer from Ramsey County to the <br />City of Roseville. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan, Kough, Schroeder and Klausing <br />Nays: None <br />7. Consider Building Change Orders Building <br />Public Works Director/City Hall Construction Project Manager Change Orders <br />Duane Schwartz briefly reviewed the requested action for minor <br />Change Orders for the City Ha11 construction project. <br />Councilmember Schroeder noted that, according to the <br />contingency monies still outstanding, the overall project was <br />proceeding well and still remained under budget. <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, approval of the following <br />net Change Orders to City Hall Campus construction contracts: <br />Vendor Descri tion Amount <br />Bartle Sales Com an , Inc. Add $362.00 <br />
