Consider Consent Items Consider Consent <br />Councilmember Schroeder requested that Item 2.a, entitled, Items <br />"Approving Minutes from April 19, 2004 Council Meeting," be <br />removed from the Consent Agenda. <br />City Manager Neal Beets, at the request of Mayor Klausing, <br />briefly reviewed the remaining Consent Agenda items. <br />Councilmember Kough questioned the license renewal <br />application process and investigative powers of the City. <br />City Manager Beets responded that as part of the application <br />process, both state and local investigations were performed prior <br />to staff recommending issuance or renewal of licenses; and if any <br />obvious violations were applicable, the Council would be <br />
