How can citizens participate in this discussion? <br />� Envlronmental quallty — How will we maintain, improve, and beautify our <br />natural environment? <br />Transportatlon — capacity expansion of Highway 36 and Interstate 35 W and <br />county roads/city streets that act as "relievers"; access to Rosedate from Highway <br />36; how to deal with traffic congestions, noise and air quality. What are the state <br />and county transportation plans and projections?
