Call Roll and Approve Agenda Call Roll and <br />Approve Agenda <br />Mayor Klausing called the Roseville regular City Council <br />meeting to order at 6:Q2 p.m. at Parkview Center School on the <br />above date and welcomed everyone. <br />Roll Call (Voting Order) Roll Call <br />Councilmembers Ihlan, Kough, Schroeder and Mayor Klausing. <br />Councilmember Maschka had previously advised of his absence <br />at tonight's meeting. <br />Agenda Approval Agenda Approval <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. <br />2. Consider Consent Items Consider Consent <br />Councilmember Schroeder requested that Item 2.a, entitled, Items <br />"Approving Minutes from April 19, 2004 Council Meeting," be <br />removed from the Consent Agenda. <br />City Manager Neal Beets, at the request of Mayor Klausing, <br />briefly reviewed the remaining Consent Agenda items. <br />Councilmember Kough questioned the license renewal <br />application process and investigative powers of the City. <br />City Manager Beets responded that as part of the application <br />process, both state and local investigations were performed prior <br />to staff recommending issuance or renewal of licenses; and if any <br />obvious violations were applicable, the Council would be <br />advised of such violations and their status. <br />
