ll+Ef f+r-�kamel�wn <br />obtain and furnish to Lessee, a non-disturbance agreement for each such mortgage or other <br />security interest in recordable form. In the event the Owner defaults in the payment and/or other <br />performance of any mortgage or other security interest encumbering the Property, Lessee, may, at <br />its sole option and without obligation, cure or correct Owner's default and upon doing so, Lessee <br />shall be subrogated to any and all rights, titles, liens and equities of the holders of such mortgage <br />or security interest and the Lessee shall be entitled to deduct and setoff against all rents that may <br />otherwise become due under this Agreement the sums paid by Lessee to cure or correct such <br />defaults. <br />25. Miscellaneous. <br />a) Each party agrees to furnish to the other, within thirty (30) days after written request, such <br />truthful estoppel information as the other may reasonably request. <br />b) This Lease constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the parties and <br />supersedes all offers, negotiations, and other agreements of any kind. There are not <br />representations or understandings of any kind not set forth herein.
