We will recommend on this issue at a future council meeting. Change Orders The following are the change orders we are requesting at this time and a brief description of each. These changes are necessary to construct the project under existing building codes and to result in a project that is functional for the users and have the longevity expected of a public building. The following change orders have been reviewed are recommended for approval at this time. Snectra Contract Floorin� Add $6,495 Add to float the quarry tile floors in City Hall prior to installing the carpet as called out in PR #34. Add $4,657 Change the carpet pattern at the new stair from "Karastan" to "Any Event" as directed by the Architect. (DEDUCT $510) Add new VCT in Rooms 127,128 and 142 as directed in PR #27. This will be a back charQe to Steenber�-Watrud. ADD $2,348 Kendall Doors & Hardware Add $13,568 Add locks for the detention doors at the holding area as called out in PR #5. These locks were not called out in the original drawings or specifications. ADD $5,743 Add a borrowed lite at the hollow metal frame for opening 149 as called out in PR #5. ADD $195 Add for a borrowed lite at opening 1111B. This change was made in the shop drawing reviewprocess. ADD $198 Add for the new door Type A as called out in PR #17. ADD $2,214 Order a new frame for Opening 1108A. Not called out correctly on the drawings. ADD $171 Add to remake Frame 162A, dimensions were not correct on the original drawings.
