EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the ��`� day of May, 2004, at fi:30 p.m, <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP DESIGNATION FROM "B", BUSINESS <br />TO "HR" HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />1021 & 1017 LARPENTEUR AVENUE (PF3548). <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on May 5, 2004, <br />pertaining to the request they received from Greenhouse Village Properties LLC for a <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment on property commonly lcnown as Leben's <br />Greenhouse; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map <br />designation change from "B" (Business) to "HR" (High Density Residential); and <br />WHEREAS, said properties are addressed at 1017 and 1021 LarpenteurAvenue and <br />legally described as: <br />The East 1/3 of the South 1/z of the West'/4 of the Southwest'�� of the Southwest'�� of Section <br />14, Range 29, Township 23 according to the recorded plat thereof: Lot 1, Rosecrest Villa. <br />WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Roseville Planning Commission <br />recommended approval (6-0) of the request for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, indicating <br />support for the residential development; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at their meeting of May 24,2004, was presented <br />with the project report from the Community Development Staff regardingthe subject request; <br />and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council hereby approve the <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan from'B" (Business) to "HR" (High Density Residential) <br />for property located at 1017 and 1021 Larpenteur Avenue legally described above), subj ect to the <br />following conditions: <br />
