Call Roll and Adopt Agenda Call Roll & <br />Mayor Klausing called the Roseville City Council Study Session Adopt Agenda <br />to order at 6:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers on the 6:00 p.m. <br />above date and welcomed everyone. <br />City Attorney Jay Squires was also present. <br />Roll Call (Voting Order) Roll Call <br />Councilmembers Schroeder, Ihlan, Maschka, Kough and Mayor <br />Klausing. <br />Agenda Approval Agenda Approval <br />Mayor Klausing called for any comments or discussion on <br />tonight's Agenda. There were no comments. <br />2. Public Comment about City Issues Public Comment <br />Mayor Klausing called for public comment by members of the about City Issues <br />audience on any non-agenda items. <br />A. Barb Obeda, 2910 N Asbury Street <br />Ms. Obeda expressed safety concerns at the intersection of <br />Asbury Street and Lydia Avenue due to Northwestern <br />College student parking too close to the intersection, <br />sometimes almost into the intersection, making it <br />detrimental to make left turns onto Snelling. Ms. Obeda <br />requested Council consideration of "No Parking" signs <br />being posted near the intersections to facilitate visual and <br />safety issues. <br />Mayor Klausing requested that the City Manager, Public <br />Works Director and Police Chief review the situation and <br />provide feedback to the City Council related to existing <br />signage and/or additional enforcement to prevent blocking <br />views from the intersection. <br />
