Consider Consent Items Consider Consent <br />At the request of Mayor Klausing, City Manager Beets provided Items <br />a brief summary of each item being considered. <br />Mr. Beets noted that a majority of the bills under consideration in <br />the Check Register represented City Hall Campus construction <br />items, and expanded on several of those projects. Mr. Beets <br />further noted that the construction project was entering a new <br />phase with the Police Department's move into the new addition <br />and completion of the briefing, locker and interrogation rooms; <br />upcoming of the driveway paving; demolition of the basement <br />area in May and June, with the Administration/Finance <br />Departments moving into the basement area on a temporary basis <br />while the upper level is renovated; and various departments <br />relocated in more effective and efficient groupings related to <br />their specific service areas. <br />
