I The City Planner has concluded that the proposal meets the requirements of the <br />Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance. <br />3. � The City Planner has concluded that the request meets the requirements of Section <br />1004.O1Sb (Residential Dimensional Requirements), Section 1103.06A1 and Section <br />11.0406F (Subdivision of Land) of the Roseville City Code. Specifically,both parcels <br />have a minimum width of 85 feet, a depth of 110 feet and a minimum of 11,000 sq. ft. <br />3.3 Since Mr. Kueffer is not creating a new lot, but rather adjusting the existing line, no parlc <br />land dedication is required. <br />�.� The applicant must record the lot line adjustment (parcel legal descriptions) within 60 <br />days after the approval of the City Council. <br />�,� STAFF COMMENT & RECOMMENDATION: <br />�.
