Section I BIG 10 RESPONSIBILITIES A. BIG 10 shall perform food and beverage services at the RSC as follows: 1. BIG 10 agrees to provide a varied selection of concession items at various prices for general hours of operation at the RSC (4:30 — 9;30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. — 9:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday) with expanded hours for events, special events, practices, and whenever groups or participants are in attendance at the RSC, subject to the approval of the City, other than catered events; 2. BIG 10 agrees to employ and provide adequate staffing for operation of Concession Stands. BIG 10 agrees to be responsible for the supervision and compensation of all necessary Concession Stand employees; 3. BIG 10 agrees to be responsible for the purchase, inventory and security of all non-vending food products sold through Concession Stands; 4. BIG 10 agrees to meet all health regulations, city ordinances, state law, federal law and any other regulations, rules or requirements concerning food and beverage concession service; 5. BIG 10 agrees to perform the concession services for the City under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement; 6. BIG 10 may use appropriate promotions and advertising techniques to promote its Concession Stand operation at the RSC, subject to approval by the City;
