REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: 07/12/04 <br />ITEM NO: >.f <br />Department Approval: Manager Approved: Agenda Section: <br />DPW �i��a� �� <br />Item Description: Proclamations Expressing Appreciation to Twin Lakes Advisory <br />Stakeholders Panel Members (PF3543) <br />SUMMARY OF REQUEST: <br />On December 8,2003, the Council/Mayor decided to create a Twin Lakes Stakeholder Panel. <br />The purpose of the Panel is to provide a method for broader property owner and citizen input <br />into the Master Developer's redevelopment plan and process prior to required submissions to the <br />Planning Commission and City Council. <br />The Council appointed 25 stakeholders: <br />Members drawn from the City Commissions (Chairs or designated <br />representatives of the HRA and Planning, Public <br />Works, Parks, and Human Rights Commissions) <br />(Chairs Majerus, Mulder,Wilke, Jacobson, and McKenzie) <br />8 Representatives (two) from each of four adjacent neighborhoods <br />(Northwest/Brenner, east side of Langton Lake, East of Fauview, and the <br />James Addition) <br />(Erickson, Sands, Christenson, Hewitt, Kotecki, Milton, Robertson, <br />Sullivan) <br />8 Business and/or property owner representatives from witl�in Twin Lakes <br />(Carlson, Komula, Rancone, Johanson,Van Heest, Noonan, Regan, <br />Pederson) <br />3 Sma11 business owners/operators from outside Twin Lakes (two) and a <br />staff inember designated by and representing the Roseville Visitor's <br />Association (RVA) <br />(Clysdale, Roe, LoBaido) <br />
