�i�� �� <br />� <br />��r��s�ta, USA <br />?��vin Lak-.es �S'������ �anel <br />��������� <br />Whereas, The City of Roseville is redeveloping 280 acres of property located <br />north of County Road C and east of Cleveland Avenue, commonly <br />called Twin Lakes; and <br />Whereas, The City of Roseville designated a Master Developer (Rottlund <br />Homes) to create a marketable redevelopment master plan for the <br />property; and <br />Whereas, The City of Roseville convened a group of 25 Stakeholders, <br />including neighbors and business owners of the property and <br />interested individuals, as well as the development team, and <br />Whereas, From February 26 through July 12, 2004, the Stakeholders <br />donated countless hours to learn about the economic, <br />environmental, and residential impacts that the development may <br />have on the Twin Lakes area; and <br />Whereas, Stakeholders worked with John Shardlow, the City's consulting <br />planner to review, comment and provide direction on the Master <br />Plan proposed by Rottlund Homes. <br />Now, Therefore Be It Resolvea� That July 12 is the last meeting of the <br />Stakeholders Panel, the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br />recognize and thank the Twin Lakes Stakeholder Panel for the valuable <br />contributions that they have made toward the redevelopment of the Twin Lakes <br />Area and the Master Plan. <br />In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Seal of the <br />City of Roseville to be affixed this 12th day of July, 2004. <br />Craig D.
