The Twin Lakes Business Park is the area generally described on the attached <br />map and by the property identification numbers should in attachment A. <br />SECTION 2. Development Moratorium. The Roseville City Council hereby adopts a <br />development moratorium pursuant to MS. 462.355, Sub. 4, on the receipt of and processing of <br />requests for rezoning, building permits (except as described in Section 1.B), conditional use <br />permits, interim use permits, variances and subdivision of land within the Twin Lakes Master <br />Plan area as identified in the general description below and in the 2002 Comprehensive Guide <br />Plan. <br />SECTION 3. Duration of Moratorium. The development moratorium shall commence on the <br />effective date of this ordinance and will continue for one year from the date of adoption unless <br />otherwise terminated or extended by action of the City Council. <br />SECTION 4. Exce tia ons• The development moratorium shall not apply to permits for life <br />safety, maintenance and repair (including exterior modifications and improvements, which do <br />not extend the building footprint), interim uses, signage, public infrastructure, utilities, public <br />facilities, K-12 schools, and parks. The City's Comprehensive Guide Plan, Official Controls, and <br />Building Code Regulations continue to apply to these exceptions. <br />SECTION 5. Enforcement. The City of Roseville may enforce any provision of this ordinance <br />by mandamus, injunction, or any other appropriate civil remedy in any court of competent <br />j urisdiction. <br />SECTION 6. Separabilitv. Every section, provision, or part of this ordinance is declared <br />separable from every other section, provision, or part of this ordinance. If any section, provision, <br />or part of this ordinance is adjudged to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such <br />judgment shall not invalidate any other section, provision, or part of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 7. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective upon adoption and publication. <br />� <br />
