EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* � � � f f # # # i r <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of July 2004 at 6:00 <br />p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISE PERMIT TO THE <br />LIGHT BRIGADE <br />WHEREAS, the Light Brigade has applied for a lawful gambling premise permit to conduct <br />lawful gambling activities at 2050 Snelling Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the Light Brigade has met the local permit requirements as specified in City Code, <br />Section 304. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />The City of Roseville hereby approves the premise permit application of the Light Brigade to <br />conduct lawful gambling activities at 2050 Snelling Avenue. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and <br />upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
