City Council Regular Meeting — 07/12/04 <br />DRAFT Minutes ' Page 39 <br />$7,U��_ <br />John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street <br />Mr. Kysylyczyn reiterated his disappointment that budget <br />materials were not made available to the public prior to the <br />meeting; noting a number of errors he observed during his <br />preliminary review of the document during tonight's meeting, <br />encouraging staff to review the document again in more detail; <br />and encouraging more accuracy in their charts and diagrams to <br />present the true extent of the proposed levy increase of 4.9% <br />that would also include increased user fees as another form of <br />taxation. <br />City Attorney Anderson corrected the record to note the <br />inaccuracy of Mr. Kysylyczyn's assertion that requested <br />materials had not been provided to the public, noting that staff <br />had provided a copy of the budget materials for his review <br />tonight. <br />� �• Adjournment Adjournment <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:54 p.m. <br />Craig Klausing, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Neal J.
