At the hearing one resident did address the Commission asking whether Mr. Ellison discussed the redevelopmentwith the home owners (yes) 7.2 The Commission voted (6-0) to recommend approval of the REZONING and CONIDIT'IONAL UES PERMIT request, based on the findings of Section 5 and conditions of Section 6, of the project report dated July 7,2004.
