7.5 The Commission also shared some of the same questions and comments regarding the <br />parking lot expansion and tree preservation (see attached minutes), specificallyregarding <br />the future 18 stall parking lot and Lovell access. <br />7.6 The Planning Commission voted (5-1) to recommend approval of the CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT for Real Life Church, based on the findings of Section 5 and conditions of <br />Section 6(as amended by the Commission) of the proj ect report dated July 7, 2004. <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCILACTION <br />81 ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDTITONAL USE PERMIT for <br />Real Life Church, 2353 ChatsworthAvenue, based on the findings of Section 5 of the <br />proj ect report dated July 26,2004 and subj ectto the following conditions (shown as <br />amended by the Planning Commission): <br />A. The site being developed with setbacks as per the site plans in the applications <br />dated June 21, 2004. <br />B. The worship center, lobby expansion and new restroom footprintbeing limited to <br />8,302 square feet. The basement must be used for storage. <br />C. Real Life Church and/or its design consultant revising the site plan <br />specifically related to the parking lot to address one of the suggested parking <br />lot design modifications identified in the City's traffic consultant letter dated <br />July 15,2004. <br />D. New signage being reviewed separately and issued proper sign permits. <br />E. The worship center, lobby expansion, and new restroom addition being comprised <br />of brick, integral colored rock faced block, metal trim, and metal or aluminum <br />window and door frames that blend/complement the existing building, or concrete <br />pre-cast panels, architecturallydesigned to blend/compliment the existing <br />building. <br />F. The sewer and water utilities, grading, sidewalks, paving and driveway access, <br />and storm water drainage plans for the site being reviewed and approved by the <br />Grass Lake Water Management Organization and the Roseville Public Works <br />Department. <br />G. The worship center being limited to a maximum height of 35 feet from grade. <br />H. The landscape plan, screening plan for the parking lot from residences, and <br />parking lot lighting plan, meeting City Code Section 1010, and prepared by a <br />registered landscape architect, being reviewed and approved by the city landscape <br />architect. <br />PF3583_RCA_072604 Page 5 of 6 <br />
