The expansion seeks an additional 84 foot by 76 foot temporary <br />classroom facility and the renewal seeks an additional year of use for the two existing and <br />one proposed temporary buildings. <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br />8 Application Submitted and Determined Complete: June 9, 2004. <br />■ 60 Day Review Deadline: August 8, 2004. <br />■ Project Report Recommendation: July �, 2004. <br />■ Planning Commission Action: Approval (6-0) wlConditions, July 7, 2004, <br />8 City Council Action: July 26, 2004. <br />2.0 SUMMARY of RECOMMENDATION: <br />2.1 At their meeting of July 7, 2004 the ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />recommended (6-0) approval of an expanded Il�fI'ER—TM USE PERNIIT for up to one year <br />(from September 25, 2004 to September 24,2005) for Family Academy, subject to <br />conditions. The Community Development Department supports this recommendation. <br />3.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br />31 ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING the INTERIM USE PERMIT <br />w/conditions (see Section 8 for detailed action). <br />PF3584 RCA 072604 Page 1 of 5 <br />
