City Council Regular Meeting — 08/23/04 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 7 <br />Nays: None. <br />3.f Approve SuperAmerica Conditional Use Permit at <br />2295 Rice Street (PF 3589) <br />[9.1] Maschka moved, Schroeder seconded, adoption of <br />Resolution No.10238 entitled, "A Resolution Approving a <br />Conditional Use Permit for Speedway SuperAmerica, <br />2295 Rice Street to Allow 96 Square Feet of Exterior <br />Seasonal Merchandise Display and Storage (PF 3589)." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan, Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />4. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br />4.a Approve Check Register (Consent Agenda Item 3.a) <br />A1 Sands, 2612 Aldine <br />Mr. Sands sought clarification of several line item <br />expenditures on the Check Register: <br />Page 10, Check Number 3 5 67 8 from the S anitary <br />Sewer Fund made payable to "Golf Galaxy;" and <br />Page 11, Check Number 35699 from the Community <br />Development Fund made payable to the "State of <br />Minnesota," and entitled Building Surcharge. <br />Finance Director Chris Miller noted that he would <br />investigate the expense listed on Page 10 to determine the <br />actual expense, or whether it was an incorrect ledger code <br />or reporting error.
