TRAFFIC ANALYSIS <br />The level of service for the �� developmenttraffic was analyzed with the Synchri�/Highway <br />Capacity Manual Software analysis tools. In addition, a traffic simulation was prepared to study <br />in detailed fashion the on-street operations.
