REQLTEST FOR COLTNCIL ACTION Date: 09/13/04 <br />Item No.: 3.d <br />DepartmentApprovaL• ManagerReviewed Agenda Section <br />�� � � <br />�� ��� Conserrt <br />Description: Cellars Wines & Spirits of Roseville II, Inc. application for an Off-Sale <br />Intoxicating Liquor license at 1149 Larpenteur. <br />Background <br />Cellars Wines & Spirits has applied for an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License at 1149 Larpenteur <br />Ave. A representative from Cellars Wines & Spirits will attend the hearing to answer any questions <br />the Council may have. <br />The City currently has 9 Off-Sale intoxicating liquor licenses 10 are allowed. <br />Financial Implications <br />The revenue that is generated from the license fees collected is used to offset the cost of police <br />compliance checks, background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws, and license <br />administration. <br />Recommendations <br />It is recommended that the license be approved for the Period October 1,2004 thru December 31, <br />2005. <br />Council Action <br />Motion approving/denying the application for an Off-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License for Cellars <br />Wines & Spirits, at 1149 Larpenteur Ave Ave, for the year ending December 31,2005. <br />
