EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Date: 09/27/04 <br />Item: 3.d <br />conserrt <br />� Appointment <br />��a� Kelscy <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the ��'� day of September 2004, <br />at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />RESOLUTION # <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF JEANNE KELSEY TO <br />THE <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE FOR A 5 YEAR TERM <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota (the 'City"), as follows: <br />2. <br />3 <br />C� <br />On September 23,2002, the Mayor submitted for the Council's <br />consideration the appointment of Jeanne Kelsey as Board Member of the <br />Housing & Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of Roseville <br />("HRA"). <br />The Council approved the appointment of Jeanne Kelsey to a two-year <br />term ending September 23,2004. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section469.003 Subdivision6, all terms <br />after initial staggered terms shall be for 5 years. <br />The Mayor has submitted for this Council's consideration the <br />reappointment of Jeanne Kelsey to a 5-year term ending September 27, <br />2009. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />, and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£ <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />Whereupon saidresolutionwas declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
