NARRATIVE
Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been existing in and servicing the City of Roseville for
many years. Our existing location on County Road C is being lost due to redevelopment
going on in that area. We are proposing to move this site to an existing vacant facility at
the junction of Old Highway 8 and County Road D so that we may continue to service
our Roseville customers.
Since the existing location is looking a little tired, our intention is to bring the site
up to our tradedress standards. This will involverepaintingthe outside and repairing
broken glass. We will add a more inviting and accessibleentrance on the Old Highway 8
side of the building. The inside will be updated and modified as well so as to have a]:oak
and atmosphere conducive to conducting our business. Cls business will not adversely
affect any of the surrounditig businesses. In fact, it may even help thn, Simplyput,
Enterprise opening at the site will be an improvement and ehatement to the location.
As far as grading/drainage and landscaping, we will not be making any
modifications to this aside from minor tirs to the lot surface. We will not inctease or
decrease the lot size, so there are not any drainage adjustrrents nedei, Some of the
overgrowth fram the adjacent vacant lot will be trimmed back in order to improve the
appearance of our site and to allow vehicle movement without getting scratched. The
guardrail dividing us from the same lot will be painted to match the building so that loalcs
better as well.
