(�� In coordination with the City, prepare a preliminary fmancial feasibility <br />analysisidendfying costs and sourcesofrevenue, includingtax incrementand <br />otherpotentialsourcesofpublic assistance, to determinethenecessarypublic <br />investment in the redevelopment, assuming the Council shall have approved <br />the redevelopment area identified for Phase I of the redevelopment, and the <br />City and Rottlund have agreed in principle on a strategy to close the gap in <br />financing the redevelopment. <br />Section 2. Findines. <br />2.01 The City hereby fmds that Rottlund has not satisfactorily completed action(s} <br />in the followingrespects: <br />Section 3.
