Council Action Reauested: <br />Option 1: According to City Resolution 9372 (attached), commissioners seeking <br />reappointment must meet attendance requirements set by the respective commissions, and the <br />chair will comment on each commissioner to confirm eligibility for reappointment. If attendance <br />meets requirements, the commissioner is interested in reappointment, and the Council determines <br />the individual merits reappointment, the attached Council Resolution says the Council would not <br />treat the position as vacant and would not advertise, but would reappoint. <br />Option 2: Amend City Resolution 9372 to accommodate another appointment option <br />preferred by the Council. <br />� <br />� <br />
