Staff Approval: <br />CB/DW <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE:11/08/04 <br />ITEM NO: 10. <br />Approval Agenda Section: <br />Item Description: Adoption of the Roseville Multifamily Housing Study Report <br />I.{h Back�round <br />],� <br />� <br />At the October 11,2004 Council meeting, HRA member Jill Bean, along with <br />staff, made a presentation to the City Council on the multi-family study and <br />requested comments from the CounciL The Council members comments were <br />incorporated into the proposed action steps and are shown as (underlined and <br />bolded in this section of the report. <br />The draft report was also forwarded to the Planning Commission and comments <br />will be incorporated after the November 3,2004 meeting. <br />],� Staff also prepared an executive summary outlining the purpose of the study and <br />intended use of the study findings, summary of the data sources and a summary of <br />the significant characteristics of each planning district. <br />I, 3 The HRA Board approved the Multi Family Study Report on October 19,2004 <br />and is requesting that the Council adopt the report for inclusion in the City <br />Comprehensive Plan as a supplement to the Housing Section 6. <br />�.� <br />�.I <br />Su��ested Council Action <br />By motion adopt (with any modifications) the Roseville Multi Family Study <br />Report for inclusion in the City Comprehensive Plan as a supplement to the <br />Housing Section 6 and direct staff to prepare final report documents for <br />distributionto the public. <br />Multi Family Housing Study Report(ll-08-04) - Page 1 of 1 <br />
