In Roseville, fewer than one in five of the city's households are 2-person married <br />households. More than 40 percent of the city's households are comprised of nonrelated <br />individuals living together. Married couples are 3 times more likely to be owners than <br />renters. <br />Multifamily housing in Roseville covers only 5 percent of the land area of the city. The <br />multifamily complexes have a market value of $509 million, which is about 15 percent of <br />the total property market values in city.
