Mayor Klausing noted that this request did not grant approval for actual development, and represented only land-use approval. Mayor Klausing opened and closed the Public Hearing at 7:45 �.�r,. with no one appearing. Mascl-�ka moved, Schroeder seconded approval of the two (2) lot Minor Subdivision proposed by United Properties for property addressed at 2001 Fulham Street, subject to conditions 2.4 and 2.5 listed in Section 2 of the project report dated January 26, 2004.
