Regular City Council Meeting — Ol/26/04 <br />Page 20 <br />2002 versus 2003 comparisoils of leads, bids produced, bids <br />boolced, tentative rooms, rooms boolced, and revenue tracl�ing <br />(ahead 1.7% from last year) and how Roseville comparisons are <br />reflected in the entire metropolitan area; notable successes in <br />2003; occupancies in Twin Cities area and Roseville's ranl�ing <br />second only to Bloomington. <br />Mr. Lobaido concluded by announcing that the RVA <br />promotional brochure had been recognized by the State of <br />Minnesota with a National Award of Merit for it's aesthetics. <br />Recess Recess <br />Mayor Klausing recessed the meeting at '7:35 p.m. and <br />reconvened the meeting at 7;43 p.n7. <br />6. Conduct a Public Hearing to Consider Midland Hills' <br />Request for a Minor Subdivision at 2001 Fulham Street (PF <br />3471) <br />City Planner Thomas Paschke reviewed the request from the <br />applicant; with staff reconunendation to approve conditionally. <br />Mayor Klausing noted that this request did not grant approval for <br />actual development, and represented only land-use approval. <br />Mayor Klausing opened and closed the Public Hearing at 7:45 <br />�.�r,. with no one appearing. <br />Mascl-�ka moved, Schroeder seconded approval of the two (2) lot <br />Minor Subdivision proposed by United Properties for property <br />addressed at 2001 Fulham Street, subject to conditions 2.4 and <br />2.5 listed in Section 2 of the project report dated January 26, <br />2004. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Kough and I�lausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />7. Consider the Request of SuperAmerica for a Conditional <br />Land Use Permit to Operate a Liquor Store at 2172 North <br />Lexington Avenue PF 3524) and Conduct a Public Hearing to <br />Consider SuperAmerica's Request for an Off-Sale Liquor <br />License <br />Conduct a Public <br />Hearing to <br />Consider Midland <br />Hills' Request for a <br />Minor Subdivision <br />at 2001 Fulham <br />Street (PF 3471) <br />Consider the <br />Request of <br />SuperAmerica for a <br />Conditional Land <br />
