(6) Any material changes to information previously reported and any corrections to <br />a report shall be submitted to the city elections coordinator within fourteen (14) <br />days following the date of the event prompting the change or the date in which the <br />person filing the correction became aware of the inaccuracy. The change or <br />correction shall identify the previous report and the specific information to be <br />changed or corrected. <br />(7) Reports filed under this section shall be public information, and be kept on file <br />and available for public review at the Roseville City Hall. <br />C. Limits on Contributions and Disclosure Reports <br />{1) The disclosure and reporting requirements of this section shall not apply to any <br />contributions or contributions in kind under fifty dollars ($50.00). <br />(2) Limitations on contributions to candidates for city office shall be as established <br />by Minnesota Statutes Chapter 211A. <br />D. Violations <br />Any candidate or officer of a personal campaign committee or political committee <br />who intentionally violates the disclosure or reporting requirements of this section is <br />guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />
