<br />Vice President be, and the same hereby is, authorized and empowered to appoint Attorneys-In-Factofthe Company
<br />and to authorizethem to execute any and all bonds, undertakings, recognizances, contracts of indemnity, j�s,

<br />Section 10. Execution of Instruments. Any Vice President and any Assistant Secretary or Assistant Treasurer shall
