�, � The applicant has requested a minor corrective subdivision to allow the correction of the <br />legal description. The City Planner and City Engineer have reviewed the surveys and <br />concur with the request. <br />�. L No new street or utility constructionis necessaryfor this correction and no new building <br />construction is proposed. <br />�.� Should the request be approved by the City Council, the staff, prior to the applicant's <br />recording with the Ramsey County Recorder, must review a certificate of survey and a <br />quit claim deed for compliance with the Council's approval. <br />�,� STAFF FINDINGS & CONDITIONS <br />�, � Staff has reviewed the legal description to accurately describe the O'Halloran parcel.
