B. Approval of Minutes Mayor Kysylyczyn B-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the meeting Minutes of December 27, 1999 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. C. Consent Agenda Maschka moved, Mastel approved. Roll Call, Kysylyczyn. Nays: None seconded, that Items C-1 through C-6 be Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski and Consent Agenda C-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Ramsey County GIS Rarr�sey County G9S User Group Joint Powers Agreement be adopted and to authorize Joint Powers the Mayor and City Manager to sign the agreement. Roll Call, Agreement (PF3�$s) Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. c-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9727, Revising Resolution 9727 and updating permit fees and miscellaneous fees of the Community Community Development Development Department, be adopted.
