City Council Minutes - O l/ 10/00 <br />Page 4 <br />G2 The City Council recognized the City of Roseville Police Police Department <br />Department's re-accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation Re-Accreditation <br />of law Enforcement Agencies, Incorporated (CALEA). <br />G-3 The City Council recognized the City of Roseville Police National Night Out <br />Department's 1999 National Night Out Award. <br />H. Hearings <br />H-1 Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9730, <br />approving Joel & Phyllis Dillner's request for a three lot minor <br />subdivision of 2121 County Road B West (PID #082923440020), <br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br />H-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 973 1, extending <br />the review period for Northwestern College's request for final <br />development plan and final PUD agreement regarding a four story <br />office development on property located in the southwest corner of <br />Lydia Avenue and Snelling Avenue North, City of Roseville <br />(PF3144), be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski <br />and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br />I. Land Use <br />J. <br />� <br />Ordinances and Resolutions <br />Reports and Recommendations (Continued, if necessary) <br />K-1 (formerly F- 2 ) <br />Wiski moved, Kysylyczyn seconded, that the construction of a <br />privacy fence between 2214 and 2204 Lexington Avenue in an <br />amount not to exceed $10,500, from the Housing Fund under the <br />Borders and Buffers program, be approved and to direct staff to <br />obtain a complete bid from each of the three contractors and select <br />the most complete, cost effective, high quality proposal. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn.
