Extract of 1�Tinutes of 1�Teeting of the <br />Roseville City Council <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 24�� day of January, 2000, at 6:30 p.m.. <br />The following members were present:, and the following members were <br />absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLiJTION NO. <br />A RESOLiJTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO TI� COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />FROM BUSINESS AND HIGH DENSITY TO PARK <br />ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT TI� SOiJTHWEST CORNER OF LEXINGTON <br />AND COUNTY ROAD B <br />(currently known as Lexington Park) [PF 3172] <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on January 12, 2000, <br />received a request from the City of Roseville to consider a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from <br />Business and High Density to Park and a rezoning from R-3A, B- 1 and R- 1 for property generally <br />located at the southwest corner of Le�ngton and County Road B(currently known as Le�ngton <br />Park); and, <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, with due consideration after the public hearing, <br />recommended that the City Council approve an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Map, <br />from Business (B) and High Density (HD) to Park (P), for property generally located at the <br />southwest corner of Le�ngton Avenue and County Road B, (currently known as Le�ngton <br />Park), <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council, after conducting a public <br />hearing on this date, and receiving the recommendation from the Planning Commission: hereby <br />approves the request for a Comprehensive Land Use Map Amendment changing the designation <br />from High Density Residential (HR) for Lot 1, Block 1, Lexart Addition and from Business (B) <br />for Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Lexart Addition, to Park (P); and a text amendment to Land Use <br />Planning District 13 to reflect the change in use, subject to Metropolitan Council review and <br />comment. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />\\Victoria\CommDev\Planning Flles�3172_Pazk RezoninglCC Resolution_O1_24_OO.doc <br />
