When the valuation of the proposed <br />construction exceeds one thousand <br />dollars ($1,�00.00) and a plan is re- <br />quired to be submitted by this Code, a <br />plan checking fee shall be paid at the <br />time of submitting plans and specifica- <br />tions for checking. <br />B. Plan checking fees for all buildings, <br />except for construction costs in R-I <br />zones of less than fifteen thousand <br />dollars ($15,000.00) shall be sixty five <br />percent (65%) of the building permit <br />fees as set forth in Section 901.08 of <br />this Chapter.
