(Note: Council Member <br />Mastel absent from the room). <br />K-2 (formerly F-2) <br />Mastel moved, Kysylyczyn seconded, that the City Manager be <br />authorized to enter into an agreement with Brauer & Associates as <br />specified in the proposal dated February 14, 2000 for planning and <br />construction services for the development of Lexington Park with <br />monies to be taken from the Parks and Recreation Park <br />Improvement Program Fund.
