Attached is a letter from the Association and a map showing the locations. <br />In 1997 the Lake Owasso Task Force presented a series of recommendations to the City Council. The Council, <br />in the resolution taking action on the recommendations, agreed it would be the policy of the City to provide for <br />public comment at Council meetings regarding requests for permits on the Lake. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />It is recommended the Council establish a public hearing for the April 10, 2000 meeting to consider the request. <br />Affected residents on the Lake will be notified. <br />Council Action Requested <br />Motion establishing a public hearing for the regular City Council meeting of Monday, April 10, 2000 to <br />consider the Lake Owasso Safe Boating Association's request for approval of placement of a water ski course <br />and water ski jump on Lake Owasso. <br />
