Mr. Thomas Paschke
F ebruary 3, 2000
Page 4
Under current conditions, patrons of Old Chicago compete with patrons of Barnes & Noble who in
turn compete with patrons of the Ground Round and the HarMar Theaters. Competitionforparking
is eventually squeezed out to the south lot which provides relief to the congestion. The Cub addition
will eliminate the relief and intensify the existing problem of inadequate parking.
If the plan for expansion of HarMar Mall does not meet RCC parking requirements, please advise
when City Council action would be taken on a request by Bradley to either allow for joint parking
or waive parking requirements.
Thank you for your consideration.
Very truly yours,
V V- ' '
L„e JJ ller
LJK/cm
cc: Mr. John Kysylyczyn
Mr. John Goedeke
Ms. Barb Mastel
Mr. Dean Maschka
Mr. Donn Wiski
Mr. Steve Sarkozy
Mr. Dennis Welsch
Mr. Adrian P.H.
