The Har Mar mall has been in existance sinoe 1962. 'Ihe effect of tlye mall on local property valnes has long since baen done. 'Ihe mall is m►d has boen a oommaraal, retail psnperty for almost 40 ye�rs. The use of tl� sp�ce for a s�� is appc�opriate arni p�+ovides benefits for local residents. Some of the loeal resicfents' oonaerns about the Cub include increased pr�ic cong,estion, noise an�d stoim run-off. Tbe owners of the aaall, Hradley Roal F.�ate, have warlaed with local resideuts to understand the nsidents' oonc�erns. Hradlay and Cuh have ad�ad all of the issues with solid (and ooetty) sahuions to potential Pd'obi��tns. I wo�td like the Har Mar to continue as a suooe�'ul shopping center. Smaller sbopping mails in the Twin Cities have ban closing. We �ad stodes tl� are pubiisbod in the local newspepers descributg the problems of the srn�all malls.
