The inspection revealed: <br />- Front Building Face: <br />. Peeling paint and rotted wood on the soffits, window trim. pillars. <br />garage doors (3), and siding. <br />. Two torn window screens. <br />. One broken window. <br />. Debris piled in front of garage door and under tree. <br />. Severely cupped roof shingles indicating roofing failure. <br />- Southeast Building Face: <br />. Peeling paint on soffits. window trim and siding. <br />. Window trim rotted. <br />. Torn window screen. <br />- Rear Building Face: <br />. Soffits rotted and falling off house. <br />. Peeling paint on soffits, window trim and siding. <br />. Torn window screens. <br />. Broken windows. <br />. Exterior door to porch — lower half broken off. <br />• Holes in siding — apparently from birds. <br />.
