EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MIlVNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, l Oth day of April, 2000, at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following members were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. XXXX <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING DESIGNATION OF <br />LONG LAKE ROAD, FROM TERNIINAL ROAD TO <br />ROSEGATE, AS A MCJNICIPAL STATE AID ROADWAY <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that the roadway <br />hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid roadway under the provisions <br />of Minnesota Laws of 1967 Chapter 162, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville of the <br />County or Ramsey that the road described as follows, to-wit: <br />Long Lake Road from Terminal Road to Rosegate <br />be, and hereby is established, located, and designated as Municipal State Aid roadway of said <br />City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for <br />consideration, and that upon the Commissioner's approval of the designation of said road or <br />portion thereof, that-same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid <br />roadway of the City of Roseville, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid <br />roadway. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
