City Council Minutes - 03/27/00 <br />Page 5 <br />H-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, by resolution, to authorize the Resolution 9757 <br />Community Development Director to abate those City Code Property Abatement <br />violations identified in the this report [Request for Council Action 2012 Snelling Avenue <br />Report], which are still in violation as of August 1, 2000, including: (PF32oo) <br />the items listed in resolution totaling $12,045. [ 1) Replace/repair <br />soffits, siding, trim on home and detached garage..$2,000; 2) <br />guardrail rear entry..$250; 3) complete deck - trim/guardrail..$500; <br />4) repaint home and detached garage..$6,500; 5) remove <br />debris/brush; 6) restack firewood; 7) repair/repaint shed; 8) Repair <br />concrete stoop; and, 9) administration (attorney fees, Code <br />Enforcement inspections)..$1,095 (10% estimate); total $12,045]. <br />Costs are not to exceed those listed. Charges are to be assessed to <br />the property and payment on taxes per City Code 407.06-407.07. A <br />final report is to be submitted to the City Council upon completion <br />of all work. Land Use <br />I-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, by resolution, to approve the Resolution 9758 <br />request by Midland Hills Country Club for a Conditional Use Permit Midland Hills <br />(CUP) to allow construction of a new 37,500 square foot clubhouse Country Club <br />and other appropriate site modifications, based on the findings Conditional Use Perm <br />outlined in Section 2.21 of the project report; subject to 16 �PF3178) <br />conditions indicated in the project report dated March 13, 2000; and, <br />subject to Proposed Conditions, document attached. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br />Absent: Wiski (Wiski excused himself from the meeting, declaring a <br />potential conflict of interest due to a social membership at the Club.) <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, approval of a temporary Interim Facilities <br />location for interim facilities for the Country Club on the Midland <br />Hills property subject to working out the final location with staff <br />with the intent of trying to get temporary water to the site as most <br />appropriate [to approve the temporary location [single season] of <br />interim facilities for Midland Hills Country Club, subject to a fmal <br />location contingent on staff review and supply of water], and that <br />the removal of the temporary facilities should occur within one <br />calendar year or less; or with removal to occur simultaneously with <br />the issuance of a final Certificate of Occupancy for the clubhouse, <br />whichever is first (map attached).
