EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 24th day of April, 2000, at 6:30 0' clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION XXXX <br />FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, 1997 CITY CONTRACT A, <br />CITY PROJECT P-97-03 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on April 28, 1997, T.A. Schifsky <br />& Sons, Inc. of North St. Paul, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements <br />associated with 1997 Contract A. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br />for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the warranty period specified in the contract shall <br />commence on April 10, 2000. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof and the following <br />voted against the same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
