2.0 <br />3.0 <br />C�17 <br />5.0 <br />1.6 The City Attorney has prepared the necessary ordinance amendment to Chapter <br />1016.26 of the City Code (see attachment) consistent with the original resolution. <br />COMMENT <br />In reviewing this request, staff made the following findings prior to the first reading: <br />21 The requested changes are technical in nature and do not alter current goals and <br />policies.
