CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Special meeting of the City Council - Friday, April 11,1997. <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Wiski, <br />Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and WaIL Members absent: None. <br />The Council took one 10 minute break during the discussion of <br />Item A-1 from 4: 15 p. m. to 4:25 p. m. <br />2:0o P.M. <br />ROLL CALL <br />H. HEARINGS <br />H-1 Wislci moved, Goedeke sxonded, that the Ryan PUD amendment proposal RYAN <br />is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan business designation and the COMPANY <br />business/PUD zoning in the area Roll Ca11, Ayes: Wislci,ll�schka, Mastel, <br />Goedelce, and Wall. Nays: None. <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Ordinance 1177, Rya� Company's ORDINANCE <br />request for au amended PUD with attached PUD standards of the Ryan 1177 <br />proposed amendment, inclusive of the modifications made on the record by the <br />Council prior to the making of this motion, to the Centre Poiite Planned Unit <br />Development, be adopted. The effective date of the ordinanG: is upon <br />publication. Roll Ca11, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, (3oedcke, and Wall. <br />Nays: None. <br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the m�nor subdivisior.s be approved to MINOR <br />allow for administrative approval for minor lot line reconfiguration (move the SUBDMSIONS <br />lot lines to fit the design of the buildings) as the applicant applies for building <br />permits. No new lots or roadways would be created. Roll Crll, Ayes: Wiski, <br />Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wa11. Nays: None. <br />H-2 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that CSM/Ryan Company' s request for CSMIRYAN <br />prelimhary and final plat approval for a portion of the Centr� Pointe proj ect COMPANY <br />to be known as Centre Pointe Business Park Second Additior. be approved, <br />directing the Mayor to sign the official plat, creating Centre F'ointe Business <br />Park Second Addition with four lots from a three lot portion �>f the original <br />Centre Pointe plat subject to: <br />Easement vacations and/or relocation to conform withr�ew lotlines. <br />2. Execution of a Subdivision Development Agreement for the Second <br />Addition plat. <br />For park dedication, acceptance of pathway easements long the west <br />side of the site � cash in lieu of a portion of the park dedications (as <br />part of the Subdivision Development Agreement). <br />
