REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />D A T E: OS/22/00 <br />ITEM NO: C-4 <br />Approval: proved: Agenda Section: <br />������� � CONSENT <br />Item �escriution: Second Amendment to Ramse� Countv HRA Cooaerative Asreement <br />1.0 BACKGROUND <br />l.l Ramsey County's Community Development efforts are supported by HUD Entitlement <br />funds. These funds, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment <br />Partnership Act (Home), have been used in Roseville for housing preservation, housing <br />energy conservation and business revolving loans. <br />1.2 In order to continue eligibility for these funds through Ramsey County's entitlements, the <br />City must adopt a resolution amending the original participation agreement. <br />2.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />21 The staff recommends approval of the second amendment (July 1, 2000) to the 199 1 original <br />Joint Cooperation Agreement with the Ramsey County HRA, as amended in 1997.
