EXTRACT OF MINUTESOF MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* <br />* <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 12th day of June 2000, at 6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />And the following were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. <br />Resolution Approving a Minor Subdivision <br />For 1844 Hamline Avenue <br />WHEREAS, Jerome Krueger has requested a minor subdivision of property located at 1844 <br />Hamline Avenue for the purpose of creating two single family residential parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1104.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a <br />minor subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: The West 1/3 of the South 1/6 of the North <br />9/16 of the NW'/4 of the SE'/4 of Section 15, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />(PID # 152923420120); and <br />WHEREAS, said request will create two single family residential parcels that meet all <br />applicable requirements (width, depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville Zoning <br />Ordinance; and ` <br />WHEREAS, Parcel A of the minor subdivision will include the existing home addressed as <br />1844 Hamline Avenue and Parcel B will become a developable single family residential lot; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the minor subdivision to create <br />two s�ngle-fa�niIy residential parcels meeting the applicable R- 1, Single Family Residential District <br />requirements for the property legally described above and located directly at 1844 Hamline Avenue, <br />e approved subj ect to the following conditions: <br />A. The proposed minor subdivision should provide a five-foot wide utility and drainage <br />easement adjacent each property of both Parcel A and B. <br />B. Prior to City signature on the Quit Claim Deeds (required division recording <br />instrument) the existing detached garage shall be relocated to Parcel A or completely <br />removed from Parcel B. <br />
