XIII <br />XIV <br />xv. <br />XVI. <br />XVII <br />The STATE, its representative, or the legislative auditor shall have the right to examine books, records, do�uments, and other evidence and accounting procedures <br />and practices, sufficient to reflect properly all direct and indirect costs. The GRANTEE shall make available at all reasonable times and before and during the <br />period of records retention proper facilities for such examination and audit. <br />DATA PRACTICES ACT: The GRANTEE shall comply with the Minnesota Data Practices Act as it applies to all data provided by the STATE in accordance <br />with this grant and as it applies to all data created, gathered, generated or acquired in accordance with this grant. <br />PUBLICITY: Any publicity given to the program, publications, or services provided resulting from this grant, including, but not limited to, notices, informational <br />pamphlets, press releases, research, reports, signs, and similar public notices prepared by or for the GRANTEE or its employees individually or jointly with <br />others, or any subgrantees shall identify the STATE as the sponsoring agency. <br />Funds provided by LCMR : Any statement, press release, bid, solicitation, or other document issued describing the Project shall provide information on [he <br />amount of State funds supporting the total cost of this project and will contain the following language: <br />Funding for this project approved by the Minnesota Legislature, 19�9 Minnesota Laws, as recommended by the Legislative Commission on Minnesota <br />Resources from the future resources funds for the Minne ta ReLeaf P �gram. <br />When practical, any site developed or improved by this project shall display a sign, in a form approved by the STATE, stating that the site has received funding <br />from the Minnesota Legislature. <br />WORKERSCOMPENSATION: GRANTEE shall provide acceptable evidence ofcompliance with the workers' compensation insurance coverage requirement <br />ofMinn. Stat. § 176.181, Subd. 2. <br />ANTITRUST: GRANTEE hereby assigns to the State of Minnesota any and all claims for overcharges as to goods and/or services provided in connection with <br />this contract resulting from antitrust violations which arise under the antitrust laws of the United States and the antitrust laws of the State of Minnesota. <br />PROMPT PAYMENT TO SUBCONTRACTORS: Prime contractors are required to pay subcontractors pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 16A. 1245. <br />XVIII JURISDICTION AND VENUE: This grant and executed amendments thereto, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Venue for all legal <br />proceedings arising out of this grant, or breach thereof, shall be in the state or federal court with competent jurisdiction in Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this grant to be duly executed intending to be bound thereby. <br />APPROVED: <br />1.
