2.2 Staff recommends that no amendments be made the Planned Unit Development # 1199, dated <br />March 10, 1998, relating to the Taco Bell facility. <br />3.0 PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION <br />On June 14, 2000, the Planning Commission reviewed the report and asked for time-of-day <br />for the incidents that did occur (see 2.1 .1. above). The Commission recommended <br />acceptance of the proj ect report including current hours of operation without further change <br />to the Planned Unit Development or Taco Bell business hours of operation. <br />4.0 SUGGESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />By motion accept the project report including current hours of operation without further <br />change to the Planned Unit Development or Taco Bell business hours of operation. <br />Attachment: PUD # 1199, Section 10.3 <br />Prepared by: Dennis P.
